What I Need From You

Timely scheduling of all training and coaching sessions
Honest sharing of current workflows, tools, and pain points

What's Included

All live training sessions (virtual or in-person as agreed)
1:1 consulting hours for board design and rollout

What's Not Included

Software licenses or third-party tools, recording of any training or coaching sessions, ongoing retainer coaching beyond the agreed schedule, additional training sessions outside the defined scope. Additional engagement opportunities can be discussed and added by separate agreement later.

Terms of the Contract

Please review the terms below before signing the agreement.

1. Scope of Services

Services are limited to the deliverables outlined in the "What You Get" and "What's Included" sections. Additional work outside this scope will require a separate agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon acceptance of this brief, unless an alternative payment schedule has been agreed to in writing. All payments are non-refundable once training or consulting sessions have commenced.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled within the engagement window. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled once at no charge; further cancellations may incur additional fees.

4. Confidentiality

All client information, business processes, and materials shared during the engagement will be kept strictly confidential.

5. Intellectual Property

The Client receives a perpetual, non-transferable license to use all custom playbooks and materials created during the engagement. Underlying frameworks and methodologies remain the property of Kristin Omdahl.

6. Results & Expectations

Outcomes depend on Client participation and implementation. Kristin Omdahl commits to delivering the agreed services with professional excellence but cannot guarantee specific business results.
